Cheesy Potato Casserole

2 lbs frozen diced potatoes
1/2 cup butter
2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1/4 cup diced onion
salt and pepper to taste

Defrost potatoes, melt butter, and mix all ingredients together.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 9x13 baking dish

Sprinkle paprika before baking.
